Here is my update. I have played frisbee in 80 + degree weather and Evan graduated yesterday. I sang with some other guys for the graduation and then today I had a piano recital. Working in the garden and working out. Eating only when I'm actually hungry, and then only uber reasonable amounts. I'm trying to shed all my extra weight, every last bit. I've lost a lot already but I want to be lean. So there's my update. There is a certain person that I miss a whole ton and don't get to see; you know who you are and really miss you. Anyway, I'll talk to you all later. Now that the weather is sort of mellowing out we shall have to play Ultimate Frisbee again soon. See some of you at Champoeg.
