I was reading in I Kings today and was reminded what Evangelist Morris Gleiser taught us last year at Spiritual Emphasis retreat. One of the things that he said that really had an impact on me at that time was that God is Good. He is the epitome of goodness. Our God is full sufficient goodness.
I Kings 8 reminds us of God's goodness. Vs. 34: The hear thou in heaven, forgive the sin of thy people Israel, and bring them again unto the land which thou gavest unto their fathers.
I also read in I Kings about God's presence filling the temple upon its dedication and think of God's goodness, that he lives inside of us.
